Catering lunchtime Workplace Presentations is something I really enjoy, and opening people to new possibilities is always an unexpected delight!
What I discovered is that I absolutely love being a witness to how
open and enthusiastic people are as they embrace these new taste sensations,
and discovering just how many people are ready to take 
the
responsibility for their health into their own hands!

Health and Wellness Presentations
  • I am a Raw Chef and my focus is to inspire employees to begin shifting from the typical North American diet to including an abundance of raw living foods in their daily eating. When this happens you may begin to notice that employees are more productive, happier, and log less sick days because they feel healthier – a wonderful health and wellness benefit!
  • In workplace presentations, I introduce employees to the raw living concept, health benefits, and tastes of delicious, nutrient dense raw foods
  • Employees see for themselves just how easy it is to make raw vegan food that is delicious, comforting, and will satisfy even the heartiest appetite
  • Live food demonstrations are always enjoyable, and may include how to make a raw zucchini pasta dish or how to make a blender of Green Smoothies
  • The catered luncheon is made from fresh raw vegan ingredients (organic if possible) and allows employees an opportunity to explore healthy taste sensations never before tried
  • There is a DVD presentation on raw foods for employees to view while enjoying the lunch
  • Factual class handout on benefits of eating raw with some recipes included
  • 1 to 1-1/2 hour lunchtime presentation includes catered food for 20 people, intro to raw foods talk, and question/answer closing - Contact Me for prices

BIO:  A vegetarian for 17 years, I began my relationship with raw living foods and Green Smoothies more than 7 years ago, and since then have experienced numerous health benefits.
  • 2008 presented 1st Green Smoothie Challenge held in BC with 100 participants
  • 2009 obtained Raw Chef certification
  • 2009 began teaching “Uncooking” classes
  • 2009 organized the 2nd Green Smoothie Challenge with 25 participants
  • 2009 started monthly EZ RAW Potlucks
  • 2010 obtained Food Safe Level 1
  • 2010 started a blog for healthy recipes, events, etc at http://ezrawliving.blogspot.com/
  • 2010 started Workplace Luncheon Presentations and Green Smoothie Workshops
  • 2010 organized the 3rd Green Smoothie Challenge with 30 participants
  • 2011 bringing healthy living speakers to Abbotsford - EZ Raw Living and Busye Bodye Naturals have partnered in event planning 
  • 2011 started presenting in-store raw food demos
  • 2011 authored my first e-book "Saucy Raw Pasta"
